Porridge with pears, brown sugar, soy milk.
I’ve never been that good at making porridge but since I’ve been fermenting everything and reading Wild Fermentation every day I soaked some oats overnight (which apparently is a fermenting process, did not know that!) which is something I always skip over in recipes. I’m getting a bit more patient and organised with my cooking, it pays off.
