Porridge with cashew cream and maple syrup.
I hadn’t made cashew cream before, it was good but I actually don’t like the flavour of cashews and always forget that when I make cashew based things. I used a friend’s recipe which she was taught by her mum. I just blended cashews with a bit of water and orange juice.
