Cauliflower fritters.
Kind of made this up, used a gorgeous cauliflower from the farmers market.
Lunch eaten while we distilled gin, served with a zucchini/tomato sauce, and avocado.
(eta because someone asked: we just chopped the cauliflower into smallish florets and roasted them for a little while, mixed some flour and an egg or two, salt, ground cumin and coriander then mixed the roasted cauli through and fried them for a few minutes on each side. just made it up basically, and they were way better than expected!)
