When I started this blog I was trying to transition to a vegan diet. I am no longer trying to do that, but most things I cook and eat are still vegan. I don’t think I will write much here about my reasons for why I eat what I eat, but I just wanted to  admit that.
I am going to keep this blog focused on the vegan food I make, because I know that’s what most people are here for and also, keeping this blog has been and continues to be such good encouragement for me to make vegan food. But, I am definitely eating eggs again, specifically ones from my friends’ backyard chooks, and sometimes they might feature in some posts.
