Poached pears, granola, almond milk.
I poach peeled pears in a light sugar syrup with a tiny pinch of saffron, a split vanilla bean, and 4 cloves for about twenty minutes. I’ve been doing 5 or 6 at a time and storing them in a bowl of the syrup in the fridge, so I’ve got them ready for easy breakfasts.
